About This Chapter
The two men discuss the possibility of a co-existence between the two kingdoms. The chief explains that he is always trying to convert more creatures into his own kind, and the loop cannot allow that. He asks if it would be better if they co-exist, but the chief replies that it would not be possible. He tells the chief that they do not have the eight equipments or the eight paths, and that they are afraid that normal people will not be able to resist the urge to convert into the other's kind. He sends the chief back to headquarters and tells him that they will buy him some time
