The next morning, Huck finds himself in a remote part of the country. He's glad to be alone, but he's not sure what to do with himself. He wants to know what the eight families want from him. He doesn't know what they're asking for, and he can't figure out how to answer their questions. Huck's got a plan: he'll kill the first person who shows up with the crimson equipment. Then Huck will kill the last person to show up with it.
