About This Chapter
The owner of the bike shop is pleased to see that the rider has arrived safely. He tells the owner that he hopes that the race will be a success. The owner then inquires about the previous meeting between the two men, and the owner tells him that it was just a coincidence that they met at the same time. He then asks the owner about the reason for the meeting, and when the owner says that it must have been some one, the owner replies that he would rather not let the meeting take place. He says that the team that was supposed to be strong at the time was crushed by the one racer, and that everyone left the club. He wonders what kind of man the racer is, and wonders if he has become a teacher like the one who crushed the dream of gaisen. He also wonders if the man is an idiot, because he is so fast. When the owner asks about the pro-racing team, he says that he forgot to tell him about the meeting because he was an idiot. The pro-racer, Reirou Asa hina, says that they would have met again like this, if not for the fact that they are both so fast and so inexperienced. The man then asks if he can speak to the owner after the race, but the owner explains that he was not able to do so because he had to talk to the other rider. The two men then talk about the new gaisen riding club.
