He's worried that they're in a relationship, and that they didn't tell him because they think he'd be childish. Bela doesn't seem to have any reaction to his confession, and she's still feeling awkward about it. She's also worried that she'll be separated from him. She wants to leave, but she can't figure out how to do it without being awkward. She wonders if she should just go back to being a single person. She tells him that life is not a game, and they should be able to handle it. They're done talking, and it's time to get back to the business of being friends.
