In this short scene, the gods of the town of Konoha-natei, which is located in the northeast part of Japan, are gathered in front of the main temple. The gods greet each other and tease each other about their appearance. One of the gods is supposed to join them, but he has been invited to a local festival. The other gods, however, are not invited to the festival because they have been invited for some other purpose. The humans of the past, who live in the area, used to gather at the temple all the time, and they would invite all sorts of deities to perform at the festival. But now, the humans have stopped coming, and the gods are the only ones who come to the temple.
