About This Chapter
The narrator tells us that he's not really happy with his life. He's a teacher, and he doesn't get along well with his students. One day, he arranges a song for the group to perform, and the teacher tells him that they can't do it because they're not allowed to play their horns. He changes the song back, but it's still not good enough, so he changes it again. The teacher tells the students that they should protect their horns, but they should also protect themselves because they are different from other students. The narrator says that he is different because he is good looking, which makes him stand out from the crowd. He says that the reason why he can stand out in the crowd is because he looks like his idol, which is why he is able to do anything. He also says that his idol is the guy who can act and speak, and who can still live an unrestrained life. The only thing that worries him about is whether his idol will believe him.
