In this short scene, Edgar tries to communicate with the walker, but the walker cannot hear him. He asks if he can be brought up to the top of the capsule. The walker replies that he can, but that his solar panels have run out and that the winch has become tangled, preventing him from bringing him up. He suggests that they try using the jet arm to lower his load for a few moments.
