About This Chapter
It's morning, and Nemo wakes up. He's not feeling well, but he doesn't want to admit it: "balance is godliness," he says. He wants to know what's wrong with him, and he's worried that something bad is going to happen to him. Nemo asks if there's anything he can do about it, and the answer is "nothing" . Nemo then asks if he can go to lunch with his classmates, but the girl he wants to eat lunch with isn't there yet, so he can't ask her to go with him. Instead, he asks if she'd like to go home with him and the other girls, and she says that she would, but that she's tired of walking around with them all the time. He asks if they can stop by his house on the way home, and they do. Nemo says that he'll bet that there will be no dull minute at his house, because he always worries someone will get hurt. He has a million things to worry about, and one of them is that his sister loves origami, which means that she and Nemo are the same age. Nemo thanks his sister for making him a "souvenir," and they eat it together.
