About This Chapter
In this chapter, we learn that the boy will not stop until he has beaten the pig monster outta the schoolyard. In fact, the boy is so determined to defeat the "pig monster" that he refuses to stop until the "sand-collecting box" has collected enough evidence to prove that he is the boy who ran away from school. The boy, however, is not the only one who has run away from the school; he is also one of the three students who have been "gathered without knowing why" . The three students have been forced to participate in the mystery of the boy's disappearance because one of them was "forced to participate right" , and the other two have not been able to figure out why they have been separated from one another. The boys argue about whether or not the mystery is more important than the beating of "the pig monster," but the boy refuses to listen to their arguments. Instead, he tells them that he will beat "the crap outta" that pig monster. He tells them to watch out for "smura" from the "musical chairs team," but they refuse to listen, saying that they are not enemies of the school, but of the "enemy of the musical chairs." The boys agree that the mystery should be their priority, but they do not want the boy to be separated from them. They argue that it is strange to call one another enemies, and that one was simply "forced" to participate, but the boys argue that they have no choice but to beat the "mystery." The three boys agree to continue the mystery until the boy has been beaten out of school, and
