About This Chapter
The next morning, the Ming family wakes up to find that their son is back to his old self. The Mings are worried about their son's health, but they assure him that they will take care of him if he needs them. They tell him that he can sleep in the streets if he wants, but that he must come to the Mings' workshop after he wakes up so that they can talk to him. They say that they are going to see their uncle, Mang-tian, who is a famous blacksmith. When they get there, they find that the teacher has taken a shower and is not wearing his usual clothes. They wonder why the man has not been wearing clothes, and the teacher says that it is because he is spoiling his son too much. He tells the teacher that in the last three days, his son has been immersed in the world of the blacksmith. He says that the clanging of the hammer is strange, and that he only struck once in the blacksmithing world. The teacher asks him to use the hammers to store his hammers, but he refuses, saying that they take up too much space, and they are too precious. He asks the teacher to come visit him again before he leaves for the east sea.
