In this chapter, the "fog dragon" explains to the "mountain deity" how he ended up locked up by the "qiongqi" . He explains that he doesn't want his mouth to be "tainted by cursing" since he still has some time to live. The fog dragon also reveals that he has been demoted by the cloud dragon. The "cloud dragon" says that he will always be by his side and that they can find a place of their own to live after they leave. The cloud dragon then asks the "mongyue" to come with him. He says that the "masses worship you again just like before" and that he can let the people worship him again just as before. The two of them exit, and the fog dragon wonders why the "little fei" is there by the side of "langyue"
