The next morning, Gu is still in the amusement park, but he's not feeling well. He's been drugged, and he doesn't know where he is. He wants to know what's wrong with him, but Gu can't figure out how to find him. He says he'll try to find the blood pact, but there's no response from him. Gu says he wants to use the buddha's relics to find yue-chu, but no one will help him. So, Gu says, the buddha can only do one thing to make him crazy, and two more would do the same thing. He adds that it took him a lot of time and effort to cultivate these relics, so now, he says, "don't be mad anymore, master, come have an apple" .
