The next day, Haruka disappears from the school's web site. She's back at school, but she's not doing well on her tests. Haruka is worried about Toomi, who's still away from school. She doesn't know if he's going to reject her again, or whether he'll be leaving school. He's also worried that she might be leaving Haruka for another man. He tells her to be careful around Toomi's house, because he might be looking for someone else. He also tells her that she shouldn't be so hard on herself, because a lot of kids like her are like that, too. He asks her if she has been snooping around his house, and she says that she hasn't been, but that she was just looking for something. She also asks him if he has confessed his feelings for her, and he says that he did. She tells him to stop asking permission for anything, and to stop being so moody. She swears that she'll never love someone like him again.
