In disguise, the octopus tries to trick the demon-god of desire into believing that the two of them are in love. He tells the girl that he will meet her at the city gates in the afternoon and they will depart towards her tribal land. He asks the girl how dare she be rude to the lord god, and the girl replies that he is the famous demon-God of desire. The octopus explains that he did not expect that eli would survive the dragon clan and that he has to hurry up to satisfy him before going so far. He says that he only promised eli to persuade him, rather than to be tricked by someone hiding in the darkness. He is upset but cant protest his magical powers have been exhausted now. He wonders why the girl is still unhappy, and he says that as an octopus he has always been his bond, but it does not count when someone is trying to trick him. He promises to deal with the girl thoroughly
