Nozaki arrives, and he explains that he wants to go to Japan to help a friend of his who's been suffering from a serious medical problem. He's also a member of the Nozaki family, which has a branch in Shanghai, and is known as a mediator between the East and the West. The Nozakis are the ones who were supposed to be the ones to solve the problem, but they're now in a mess because of the doctor's illness. The doctor has been unable to get to China because of his injuries, but he has faith in the nozakis' ability to help him. The mission has been initiated, and the first stage is in Japan.
