Mr. J. Liu, the landlord, tells the cat that he is looking for a room to rent. The cat, however, is not interested in renting a room, for he does not want to be associated with a tenant who is a little creepy. The landlord tells him that there is another tenant on the same street, and that the tenant is generally fine. Mr. John, the cat's owner, comes in and asks for food. He is surprised to find that there are so many cats in the room, and he is worried that he will not be able to feed them all. He gives them a little food to eat, and the cat is satisfied. He then notices that the smell of the police is coming from the house. He wonders why he has let the police in.
