The Governess tells the Governess that today is her birthday and that she would like to invite her to her house for dinner. She tells her that she is envious of her friend, who has been appointed as the new teacher's monitor. She says that she wants to invite him to her home to play with her doll. She then tells him that she does not want him to go to her birthday party because she is displeased with his behavior. She accuses him of going too far and of being arrogant and overbearing. She asks him to stay away from her. He says that he is sorry and goes to sleep
