In this short scene, Cai Ming and Cai Ming's father, the Great Cai Ming, speak to Cai Ming. Cai Ming tells his father that he is the only king in the whole of the world, and that the war is about to begin. He tells Cai Ming to destroy the "sorcery circle" if he wants to stop the war. He says that if the emperor and the imperial city are gone, he can easily defeat any other state in the world. If Cai Ming helps him defeat the war, he will name Cai Ming as the new king of the whole world. The two men discuss the possibility of Cai Ming becoming the next emperor of the entire world.
