In this chapter, we learn that we're in the middle of an argument between a guy named "click-humph" and a girl named "mouse-mouse" . The girl is upset because she's been sexually harassed by the guy, and the guy's upset because he's being a jerk to her. He's also upset because everyone in the company knows that he sexually harassed his male clients, and that the guy didn't even file a complaint against him. He also points out that if the entire company knew about this, then there's nothing to blame, because the company failed at protecting confidential information. The guy apologizes, but he still doesn't understand why the girl wants to take his pants off. He says that the girl is too "narcissistic" to understand what's going on, and they're neighbors, so it's best not to argue.
