About This Chapter
This chapter opens with a flashback to the previous chapter, in which hades explains that he has awakened his own blood and is now able to transform into a human being when he dies. He tells the audience that he is not a glutton, but a powerful person. He compares himself to the fairy cat, who escaped from him with the aid of the dream. He says that he will leave his body a whole one, even if he is killed. He also says that if he were to kill him, he would not be so arrogant as to try and kill the person he wants to protect. He then compares his sword to the power core of the deity, which is resisting him. He wonders if he can catch up with the deity now, but he can't kill the grand master because hades will be angry if he does. He asks the audience if they are slacking off in their mission. The message from the lady of Mings says that hades is still alive and is taking back her. He wants to fight theano, but the battle is not yet over. They are still lacking warriors, and if he had allowed dixi to become a warrior earlier, they would have enough men to fight. He adds that if they fail the mission, he will be responsible.
