About This Chapter
The grandfather asks how long he's going to sit there. He's filled with worries. He says he'd go to the doctor if he wanted to explain everything himself. The grandfather says that the owner of the entertainment company he works for is very smart, handsome, and successful. He compares him to a punk who lets his child die before he, and lives a life filled with empty chalices. He tells the grandfather that his family line will be cut off soon, yet he remains this arrangant. He points out that his grandson, juwon, is the grandson of a man named sangnok, who died when he was a child. He adds that the grandson's relationship with his previous life will prevent him from finding the same bond with other people as he does with his current one. He asks the grandfather to stitch him a new one, but the grandfather says he doesn't have time to do it. He wants to contribute to society, he says, and he wants to be a part of it. The grandpa tells him to get out and leave it all to someone else. He gives the grandfather his first car, which he gave to juwon after he finished his military service, and the grandfather gives it to him as a gift
