About This Chapter
The chapter opens with the narrator lamenting the fact that he has finally allowed someone to chase him. He feels that he is being chased by an idol, and he decides to go to study to calm himself down. He asks if she has fallen asleep again, and she replies that she has not. He tells her that he thinks there are no one around who is better than him, and asks why she hasn't gone to sleep. She replies that he mumbles, cut the crap, and just eats the rabbit's head. He says that he's no slower than her, and that he can continue to study after he cleans his room. The narrator asks if he is studying during his trip to China to guarantee his recommendation for a postgraduate degree. He hears that huangzixia says that his grades are the best in college, but he still worries about his qualification even though he has the best grades. He wants to borrow an English dictionary, but the narrator says he feels stupid, lazy, and hopeless because he has to study hard. He then asks if the narrator's childhood album is still in his room, and the narrator replies that it is. He remembers that he locked it up when he was a kid, and now he wants to show it to the narrator.
