About This Chapter
The final match between Dobie and cho Min-Joon begins now! Dobie's recipe is the winner of the first round of the competition. The red snapper is baked until perfectly crisp on the outside, the squid is baked in butter and cumin, and the chicken is smoked until it is crispy on the inside and covered in wine and sugar. The foie gras is baked on top of the chicken and spread around it. What the hell that is, too ordinary for the finale. It is a dish that perfects the harmony of food. The narrator declares that a new perspective will soon arise on cooking. Dobie thanks the narrator for giving him a chance to experience the best dish he ever had. The winner is... Min-joon. The protagonist declares that when he first said he wanted to become a chef, people around him said that it was too late, but now he has the Paris championship trophy in his hands. He kisses if he's tired, goes home and rests forever. He says that he is too old to plan with anyone. He is 30 and he quit his job as an English teacher. He asks the protagonist if he is still in his 2nd year as a cook. He replies that he only cooks to post for his blog, but only because he is a newbie. He wishes that he were younger and went his own way.
