The next morning, zhongyu arrives at the house of Guoxin. He tells Guoxin that his wife has just come out of surgery. Guoxin asks him why he is there, and he tells her that he has come to see her. He says that he is sorry that she is in such a bad condition, but that she needs to rest. He then tells her about his love for her, and how he has been living in her house because he had no choice but to live there because he still has Guoxin in his heart. She tells him that her mysterious husband has summoned all the reporters in the city to announce her marriage and to protect her by threatening everyone. She says that she does not like her husband, but he does love her. She asks him to show her something back, and when he does not, she tells him to stop calling her "suqing." Guoxin is afraid that he will be assassinated.
