Meanwhile, back at the police station, Detective Cuttle whispers to the phantom that he's going to notice them if they make any strange movements. He'll notice if they put on the mask that he was wearing. The phantom will notice that Doyoung is the phantom thief. Cuttle tells the phantom to leave them alone. He says that he brought them what they wanted, so he'll tell them later. He thinks that they've made the building confusing. He wonders if they deliberately made it so that they wouldn't be able to find a letter from Doyoung. He feels bad for Doyoung, who's soaked and disheveled. He hopes that they can find a way to get to each other.
