The training schedule is very tight. Breakfast after group exercise, listen to guest lectures from 8am to 2pm. A ten minute break for every two hours of lecture. Lunch. Then submit thoughts about lecture by 3pm. from 4pm to 6pm. Group exercise and games after that. Each person writes and submits a proposal and sends it by email
