In this chapter, we learn that the "broad gate" of the "death gate" has been completed, and that "ting" is now stronger than his elder brother. He is determined to win the "life gate," which is the "gate of the great fortune." He tells his followers not to worry about the "rest gate" and the "sunset gate." He is confident that he has killed the guards of these two gates. He asks the master to help him in his mission, but the master tells him that his team does not need anyone useless. He says that he will take all of the consequences on his own, for he cannot live without his followers. He tells the master that he did not expect the "strong sister zi" to show a fragile expression, and he thanks her for her kindness. He wonders how he could have neglected the feelings of the strong sister, and wonders why the evil spirits are so tightly bound on the wall. He realizes that the road leads to death, and the place is more than horrible. The master has made an order to kill all of his followers, and only two remain.
