In this chapter, we learn that Victor has finally managed to "tie him by his side" , and that he's even managed to convince his father to let him marry him. He tells Victor that he just took some pictures of the two of them, sent them to Victor's father, and then he'll tell everyone that Victor loves men. He's going to tell the whole world that Victor and his father are in love.
