In this chapter, we learn more about the relationship between zitong and the young man who just left his house. The young man, who we now learn is called "the guy" , has just left the house, and he's here to give the young woman two tickets to a music festival. Unsure of what she's done wrong, Phoebe tells us that a lot of men want to date her, and that she might be able to go to the festival with the guy. Phoebe says that she'll have to dress up and buy herself some fruit, but that's fine, since she wants Phoebe to go with her. Phoebe then asks why it takes her so long to get her makeup done, and Phoebe explains that it's because she spends so much time doing makeup. Phoebe is happy to hear that the number of people using "seek right" has been increasing, and she can finally go to work. Phoebe asks where they're going to have dinner later that day, and when she hears that the party is going to be in a fancy place, she realizes that the guy she just met in the restaurant is probably going to ask her to marry him.
