The narrator is all, "I'm not going to do this because I'ma idiot" . He's not even going to ask the girl if she is the sister of the president. The girl is totally confused and refuses to tell the narrator anything. She tells the narrator that the president has been obsessed with her lately. The girls in the company are all obsessed with novels about tyrannical presidents, the narrator says. He tells the girl that such novels are "all the rage" among the girls at the company, and that the girls are going to kill time by killing off the time of the tyrannical president.
