In this chapter, we learn that Cai-lingfeng was the one who helped find Bing's father. We learn that he was worried about losing Bing, so he didn't want to tell Cai about his father's whereabouts until he was sure that he could find him without Cai's involvement. Cai-Lingfeng, on the other hand, wanted to find Bing because he was in love with him, and he was afraid that he would lose him if he found out. So he kept this secret from Cai, even though he was about to take Cai to see Bing. Cai is so upset that he wants to tell him everything, but he doesn't know how to do it.
