In this chapter, we are introduced to a number of new characters, each with their own unique set of skills and abilities. For example, we learn that Goshawk has returned to his former strength, and that he is now able to defeat any opponent he encounters. He is also able to use his feet to move through the air, and he is able to do so because he has mastered the art of the "fluctuating star." He is now in a position to defeat anyone who tries to stop him.
