In this chapter, we learn that feng's sister and brother-in-law are worried about their brother's ability to run the company. They are afraid that if his brother comes back and takes over, the younger generation will not accept him. They also fear that if he does not manage the company well, they will have to fire all of his employees. They feel that they have the right to fire anyone who does not listen to them and recruit new employees.
