In this chapter, Roxane laments the fact that she has to go back to work because she's a boss. She's always shining, and she wants to be as beautiful as Roxane. She asks Roxane if he's complimenting her on her beauty, and if he is trying to copy the clues in the game. Roxane says that the clues are all "dead end" , and that the thief has seen through them all. They should head back to the hotel, but Roxane thinks it's best to destroy the egg immediately, since the thief is sure to come back and steal it again. She tells Roxane that she'll be coming back tomorrow to run the lines with him, and asks him if he needs her to help him. He says that he already has someone else who can do the job, and he'll return the next day. He'll go to the company's studio to practice his lines, and Roxane promises to do her best.
