In this chapter, we are introduced to Yonhap's new leader, Mr. Lee, and his son-in-law, Hyo-Ryeong. The two men are introduced as "Mr. Lee and the son of Lord Lee," and Yonhap introduces them as "the son of lord Lee" and "the community leader of the village" respectively. Yonhap then introduces himself as Mr. Oh, the man who was once the head of the state's public procurement agency, and who is now a member of the community. He invites everyone to a toast to the future prosperity and harmony that Yonhap hopes will result from his meeting with Yonhap.
