About This Chapter
The chapter opens with a flashback to the beginning of the school year, when Hiroshi and Tomoyuki are still in high school. The flashback shows that Hiroshi's memories of his first year at school have been erased twice by the Prefectural Student Council. The Prefectural Council ordered that the memories be erased, and Hiroshi has been unable to recover any of them. He asks his friends to hold a ceremonious ceremony to ask for the memories to be returned, and they agree to do so.
