In this chapter, we learn that Beiming has told Caius that he is the one who is going to be with him tonight. Caius is depressed because he thinks that he has made a stupid agreement with Caius. He wants to know why he is so depressed. He asks Caius if it is because Caius doesn't want to talk to him, or because he is afraid that Caius will kill him if he talks to him. When Caius tells him that it is too late, Caius says that it will be too late. He tells Caius to go serve him, and Caius promises to do so. He says that whenever he starts to like Caius, he always laughs at him for being a fool of himself.
