In this chapter, we are introduced to Monsieur chauvent, a well-known author. He is the son of a famous writer, and he is also the father of a young boy, whom we will call "Leopard." We learn that the young boy is very fond of his father, and that his father has just received a manuscript for his son's first book. We are also introduced to his mother, who tells us that her son is very happy to have met Monsieur . He tells her that he has an urgent business to attend to, and she tells him not to play on his phone while they are eating.
