The phoenix god says that he is a phoenix, created by the god's master after he hopes that no one in the world can stand against the law of heaven. He says that the only way he can defeat the white god is by defeating the god who controls the underworld. The only way the phoenix can do this is if he can get rid of the "source of the evil" , which is the yellow god. The yellow god, he says, is a messenger, not a god.
