About This Chapter
It's been said that a man once lived in a village castle and made people think he was a vampire who ruled the town and fed off their blood. The narrator tells us that he used to come to the town to find his little brother, but he was arrested for trying to enter the castle. He says that even if the town was famous for the vampire legend, only kids really believed in it. He tells the narrator that the first thing he wants to do is find that idiot. He wants to know if there is still a vampire living inside the castle, or if there are only a few of them. He asks the narrator if he's human or if he presses a jumpt to scoot whoa. He's looking for his brother, divo, who has the same name as him. divo says that he brought some flowers to ward off the evil. He saw himself in a mirror, but the reflection didn't last long. He doesn't remember what happened to the flowers, but says that the red color of the flowers "captured my eye" and "tasted very good" at the end of Chapter 14
