He wants to go out and have lunch with his kids, but he can't bring himself to eat with them. He says that he thought that Janet was "more mature" than him, but now he'd like to experiment with a balloon. First, they take a hot cup of water, and then they put hot water in a glass cup. The narrator says that it's sweat, and he'll let the kids go now. He asks if they want him to uncuff himself, and if he doesn't like the handcuffs, he can just throw them away.
