In this chapter, Timmy delivers a speech in which he declares that he will no longer tolerate bullying from other students. He tells his classmates that he is going to throw the biggest dance in the history of the school. He also tells them that the school's former president has ruined everything, including the stately huntington mansion. Timmy asks the other students if they still worship the old man, and they reply that they do worship him, but that they don't like him because he is rich and beautiful. He then tells the students that he needs revenge on the former president for ruining everything.
