The head monitor is trying to figure out a way to get Akatsuki's sister to like him. He wants her to marry him so that they can be his big sister. Oneechan is all, "oh, you're not serious after all, are we?" He's about to tell her that he's going to cheer up the girl who's just gotten a zero. She's so upset that she just unhooked her bra in the middle of the night. He tells her that she'll get another zero the next time he tells her about the crazy things he did to get her to give up on him. She says, "I can prove it" .
