The train is still missing, and Naruse wonders if it's because of a bomb. He and his men have managed to construct an armored train, but they still don't know what's going on at the train station. They're worried about the baby, who hasn't yet come out of the womb. Naruse reminds everyone that they're all survivors from the disaster 20 years ago, and that they need to get back to their homes and start rebuilding their lives. He also reminds them that they have to bring some of the survivors back with them, since they'll be able to help them rebuild their homes. The train has to be started in 40 minutes, and they've got to get it to the station in time.
