Chapter 42: The Wind of Death
This is a locked chapterChapter 42: The Wind of Death
About This Chapter
The wind of death crackles in the background. It's a warning from the robot, i.e., Ibara, that he's going to kill her if she does something he doesn't approve of. He's not going to let her break the rules of the school, he says, and she'll have to answer to his fist. The wind is blowing, and the wind is carrying the radioactive waste from the other side of the world. The robot is worried that the wind will kill him, but he can't figure out how to do it. He tells the girl that they're going to have to go back to the planet where they were supposed to go. The girl says that they can still go to the city of mitaka, just like they cut off the town of kanpachi in the previous chapter. She says that the city is surrounded with waste, and that's exactly what the other robot said about the city. The two of them go to eat a snack, and Ibara tells her to come out and leave. She's worried that she's about to die, but Ibara says that she can feel the wind, so she can go outside and feel it. I'm a robot, she says, so I envy you. I am able to go out and feel the outside world, because it's so different from the inside world. I want you to know that, even though the outside is polluted, the wind can still feel the inside. I don't know why you're hiding in the storage room, but the robot says that he has no sense of the outside, so he wants you
