The prime minister says that it means that you are a shut-in. The narrator says that he brought a co-ppelon to the police station and that they cannot take the man back to the country. He also tells the prime minister that he knows nothing about yellow cake and that it must have come from overseas because the label says it came from a low-level waste dump.
