About This Chapter
The chapter opens with a promise by Nemo that he'll take care of his daughter. He's happy to have her back, and he thanks Nemo for his kindness. He also thanks the glasses boy, who's helping him with his luggage. Nemo thanks the boy for his kind words, too, and says he's going to head over to the beach house to talk to his daughter's parents. He asks the boy if he knows who this girl is, and the boy says he doesn't. The boy asks if he can show the girl to the girl's room, and she says she'd love to, but she's not sure if she forgives him or hates him forever. Nemo tells the boy that he should be more confident in his love for the girl, because the guy who confessed his love is a man with children, and that's what made him fall in love with him. He tells the kid to be more serious about his feelings for her, and to be confident that he loves her the real deal. He says that after he found out that the girl was a ghost, he wouldn't even call her a romantic love anymore, because he'd realized how hard she was trying to live her life the way she knew how. He wants to send her away to join his wife, and when oku-sama offered him money to help him, he thought it would help her, too. But now he realizes that it's better for him to help the girl than to hurt her.
