In this chapter, Shmoop explains that he can't imagine himself winning the game because the queen is so strong. He tells Chihaya that he's going to have to hold his own against the queen, because she's so strong, and that's just not going to happen. He's got to get one of his own cards, which he'll have to wait until the end of the game to do.
