In the meantime, Hiroshi has been practicing with the other students at his school. He tells them that he has found out that their names are on a list of players who will participate in the upcoming prelims in the east Japan. Hiroshi tells the students that he wants them to study medicine at the university of Tsukuba, and that he would like to see them later. The students are shocked at the news, but Hiroshi says that they are all too stupid to believe him. He says that he is still playing and that they will be able to practice for three matches. They are interrupted by the sound of someone's voice, and Hiroshi realizes that it is his aunt, who is in the hotel with him. She tells him that she has heard that Hiroshi's school is going on a school trip to become a master, but that his uncle and aunt are not home. She says that if Hiroshi wins the tournament, he will get kids at the school to join his club.
