While the women are engrossed in their conversation, the man in charge of the women's training, Shu-Tsun, interrupts them to tell them that he will be joining them later in the day for lunch. The two women agree that they will eat lunch together, and the man gives them some of his own rice to share. The men discuss how important it is for the women to have good posture to play cards. The women are impressed by the man's good posture, but he is unable to play because of his unstable knees.
